Our stay here was comfortable. The breakfast was standard, the gym was basic with the elliptical machine not working but had a functioning treadmill and an assortment of dumbells. The beds were very comfortable! There was cable TV but the TV was small and did not offer any streaming services. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I feel they need to make several upgrades to the rooms like new TVs and fresh carpet. But overall it was fine.

This hotel was priced so high for the weekend at 450.00 a night when it's normally less than 100. It's older, mold was on the shower ceiling. The area with the microwave and refrigerator in room was so out dated and looked like it was pieced together over the years to try and update it. The bottom lobby area by vending machines and elevator had some kind of water leaking so the entire weekend they had fans running to dry it out. It smelled damp and terrible. The fact that they priced gouged makes the entire thing far worse. It would have been a tad more acceptable if I paid the regular rate because you would expect at the rate to not be amazing but charging so much for that specific weekend was ridiculous and the hotel was basically empty. I will never stay there again.

The property was extremely dated and run down. When we walked in the room I immediately noticed that it looked nothing like the picture online - including the fact that there was old, stained and not well vacuumed carpet instead of the wood flooring in the picture. Everything was extremely dated and in need of replacing. Unfortunately everything in town was booked, otherwise we never would have stayed!

Great place to stay for Gator games. Free full breakfast and Gameday swag. Free shuttle to stadium. Tailgate lunch bbq on game days and decorated lobby!! Great experience for our first gator family weekend.

Our stay at Comfort Inn was....fine. AC is very noisy, multiple 'damp rid' containers around the room, which felt humid, even with AC on high. For a cheap hotel it was fine. Watch out for the 'safe charge' which they will add to your bill even if you don't use the safe - you need to request that it be taken off when checking out.

We had a great stay at this location. Each morning there was a hot breakfast served aplenty. Front desk and food staff were great- always smiling with a greeting. Pool was a great size for a quick dip. It was super nice to come down each morning to Natalie’s smiling face. She was quick to make small talk and ensure our family was having a great stay- always willing to help in any way she could. That Natalie is a gem- keep a good hold on her because she’s a great asset to your company. Getting to come back to the hotel each evening to cookies and popcorn was always super exciting for the kids.

We only stayed one night and we don't plan on returning unless it is updated and the reviews improve. We knew to have low expectations from the reviews. Convenient location near all the stores. Our room felt clean overall, but we didn't thoroughly inspect it either. Mattress was uncomfortable; it felt old and cheap. We didn't have time for breakfast so can't speak about it. Building overall felt outdated and not well kept. Staff at check-in and check-out was courteous. On our way to check out, another guest told us he had 2 roaches in his room and he was on his way to the receptionist to address the matter. We couldn't help overhearing the conversation with the lady at the front desk who was courteous and professional.
