My stay was not satisfying.
No shampoo in the shower dispenser. I thought the bed could have be more comfortable. Pillows were great though. And the food is way to expensive. Oh, l had a great view of the pee gravel roof and the air conditioner’s.

Certain food items not good at Versailles but still charged. Employees with attitudes because they were overwhelmed with too many events. Items missing from our room. And a random charge on my account still pending after 3 days. I reached out to customer service to be told they hope to help me but no one else has contacted me about anything.

I didn't like that no one told us about the spa location, and did not use it at, I did not know the tour was included in our stay. So I paid when I did not have to. plus there was so many extra fees. This was honeymoon
