Dear guest, We are deeply sorry to learn from your poor experience with us. What you describe, does not reflect our normal standards and suprise us that any feedback has been given during the stay. Nevertheless, all feedback is an important improvement tool and we appreciate the time you took to send yours. As we fail to provide a memorable service on this particular occasion, we hope to have a second opportunity to exceed your expectations.
A winery is on site. There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A free manager's reception is offered daily. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. A business centre and a meeting room are available. A rooftop terrace, a library, and barbecue grills are also featured at the family-friendly ASPA- Apartamentos São Paulo Alegria. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle are available for a fee. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
