Wir fanden das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis super. Sauberes komfortabel eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit , wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Alles zur besten Zufriedenheit. 😀👍

Klassisches Hotel in guter zentraler Lage. Allerdings an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen. Aufgrund des Lärms von vorbei rasenden Autos sowie lärmenden Passanten am Wochenende müsste man bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, was ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer nicht möglich ist.

Als modernes Innenstadthotel schätzen unsere Gäste den kurzen Fußweg zur Innen- und Altstadt, leider lassen sich daher Strassengeräusche, vor allem bei geöffneten Fenstern, nicht vermeiden. Die Zimmer der DELUXE Kategorie liegen günstig zum begrünten und schattigen Innenhof und sind sehr ruhig. Wann immer es die Verfügbarkeit zulässt, werden die Kolleginnen und Kollegen gerne Ihre Zimmerpräferenz berücksichtigen. Auch offerieren wir unseren Gästen Ventilatoren, wenn dies gewünscht wird. Wir hoffen Sie hatten eine schöne Zeit in Fulda und vertrauen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen! Zentral gelegenes Hotel, allerdings ohne Klimaanlage, und bei offenem Fenster macht man fast kein Auge zu, denn das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Ventilator war ungenügend, da er nur die stickige heiße Luft bewegt hat.

Sehr geehrter Gast, Danke für Ihre Bewertung und Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns im Hotel. Ihren Kommentar zur Wärme und Laustärke in unseren Standard Zimmern können wir teilweise nachvollziehen. Schade, dass wir mit demr Ventilator nicht weiter helfen konnte. Wir sind stolz auf unsere zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt und zum ICE-Bahnhof. Leider lassen sich durch diese Innenstadtnähe Außengeräusche nicht ganz vermeiden. Wir zeichnen uns aber durch verschiedene Zimmerkategorien aus. Die Deluxe Zimmer liegen ruhig und schattig zum begrünten Innenhof. Bitte beachten Sie das bei Ihrer nächsten Buchung. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen in Fulda, Marta (Guest Relation)
