Ritz Carlton has the best trained staff, I think the staff at Fukuoka went above and beyond the Ritz standard. A very pleasant young man, Lennon, checked me in, efficient and friendly, a big friendly smile. A big shout out to "Yuki" San, the concierge, he was able to think outside of the request and gave different options to explore, without overwhelming the decision. A most pleasant stay, will come back for the staff.

The hotel is fairly new and beautiful inside. The staff are very professional and courteous, but sometimes it feels over the top and too much. Like them running to push the elevator button. The rooms are beautiful with great views of the city and mountains. My only complaint is that on my last stay there everything smelled really fresh. This time the shower enclosure in the room, and the swimming pool on the 24th floor had a sour smell which was off putting. Overall it’s a great hotel :)

Fukuoka Ritz Carlton is the best hotel and this is also a new hotel in Fukuoka. Services are excellent, every single team is extremely helpful, accommodating and swift response. They are doing their best to help in every single aspect. The staff were very friendly and polite. Good English, communication is fine. The breakfast spread was perfect, and the food was very yummy and fulfilling. I stayed in the hotel for 5 days 4 nights, the only thing I would comment on was almost all 4 mornings; we had the same breakfast, and the hotel restaurant should consider changing the options and variety. Fruits were amazing but very few options, while Fukuoka is best known for fruits, we would have expected more different types of fruits to be served. We had 2 rooms during our stay. The hotel rooms were both very clean, very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the design was beautiful with high privacy. The hotel also provides kids amenities, bed guards, and stepping stools. A very comfortable stay after a long day of traveling. Water pressures were good and hot enough. I will definitely come back next time. This hotel deserves a much higher rating than it holds right now. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel looks stunning and the staffs were very helpful! However, we spent quite a long time on waiting during our stay. We understood that it was Saturday and the check-in time would take a bit longer, but it took around 15-20mins for arranging table for our breakfast (which was quite unacceptable) and we had to wait another 20mins for the omelete. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Yet I noticed there's a bit noise (from the water pipe?) at midnight. Other than that, everything in the room is perfect! Probably the hotel is newly open and may need a bit longer time to improve its service. In general, the hotel is clean, stunning and in good location. I would definitely stay in there during my future visits in Fukuoka.
