Don't stay here, worst service in Japan
Absolute worst service, they would not help us, treating our family like we we're invisible, it's inhumane. We stayed for over 9 days and yet they just left us to live or die on our own. They only give you 4 paper plates, and 4 disposable chopsticks, almost everyday we ran out and they would not bring any until 2-3 days later. When we ran out of shower gel, asked them to bring more, yet when we returned at night there was none. We couldn't even shower! I complained and ask them to come ASAP, but they took 2 hours to reply and then said no one will come, by then it was way past mid-night. So we couldn't even shower, and it was a huge waste of time to even try and complain because they would take hours to reply. If you wanted to call the emergency line, which we did, they were useless and would not help you either. Also the cleaners would not take out the trash, unless you moved the trash to the door, if you forgot then too bad. They would come into the house and just ignore the trash bins. Also its super noisy upstairs, doesn't matter if we complain, because they end up complaining about you as well, so its either a problem with the design of the building or their customer service is just making excuses to shut you up.

Very nice house. Clean n tidy. Location is about 5 minutes walk to Subway station.. and it takes 3 minutes to arrive fukuoka airport by subway.

1.침구 청결은 매우 나쁜 상태. 직원은 청결을 위해 노력하나 침구에 빈대 사체가 많이 붙어있음. 아마 먼저 다녀간 중국 관광객들이 뭍혀 놓은걸로 추정된다. 2.침대 매트리스 편안함은 전혀 없음. 딱딱하고 불편함 3.더러운 위생상태를 숨기려고 실내조명이 어두움. 4.하카타역과 가깝고 인근 편의점 써니마트 인프라 시설은 좋음. 5.숙박비용이 합리적임. 냉방 에어컨 작동 잘되고 온수는 잘 나옴

이 가격에 이 정도면 훌륭
숙소가 생각보다 넓어서 놀랐습니다. 친구랑 저 2명이 쓰기에 쾌적하고 청결해서 좋았어요. 이 가격에 세탁기에 큰 냉장고도 있고 티비까지 있어서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에도 후쿠오카 여행가면 여기로 올 거 같네요.

２年ぶりに２度目の利用で家族４人で１週間滞在しました。 良かった点：東比恵駅に近いので福岡空港、博多駅、天神駅までアクセスしやすくとても良かったです。 写真通りの家具家電が揃っています。 悪かった点：ソファーの下や洗面所のタオル置き場の上などの見えないところの清掃が甘く、おそらく前の宿泊者の使用物が置きっぱなしでした。 前回利用時よりも布団やシーツにシミが目立つなぁという印象でした。

部屋に前の宿泊者のであろうお菓子などが落ちていたので、掃除機をかけましたが壊れていてつかえませんでした。なので、拭き掃除をしました。これからも、ぜひ利用をしたいので、清潔さにもっと力を入れてほしいです。ありがとうございました。アットホームな感じが好きでした。

친구들끼리 여행온다면 호텔로 안가신다면 정말 강추하는 숙소 입니다!! 일본에서 자취하면 이런곳에서 하고싶다는 마음이 많이 들 정도로 너무나 일본의 집문화를 잘 담아놓은 숙소여서 만족했고 다음에도 후쿠오카를 온다면 여기서 묵고 가고싶네요!! 정말 좋습니다!

Bel appartement, mais il manquait d’éléments de base: pas de serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle, pas de savon à lessive, pas d’ustensile pour manger, pas de ciseaux et pas d’assiette ni de bol. Ça a rendu notre séjour un peu désagréable puisque nous avons dû trouver constamment des solutions pour manger.
