"Excellent hotel on a beautiful beach. Rooms have been revamped tastefully. Bathrooms are slightly dated but great water pressure. Very high sink. Cleaned well. Love the full size mosquito net on the door - sleep with door open all night. Front reception (not sure who the lady with lovely grey hair & glasses was - but she was amazing!) very friendly as were pool & animation team.
Food is very good & atmosphere tasteful. However, staff in the restaurant seem very unhappy - even when spoken to they hardly respond. I always try to be polite & say thank you but they were unusually dismissive. I wonder is it because we as customers are not nice to them generally? Certainly I was nearly knocked over on several occasions by fellow tourists!! Ecwoukd recommend this hotel for a holiday. Great value for everything on offer."
