Beautiful apartment recently renovated in January 2024 with private garden with barbecue and sunbeds, located in a small and quiet complex called Casablanca just 5 minutes' walk from the beach and 2 minutes' walk from Torreblanca train station, bars and supermarket.

The apartment is fully equipped with good taste and is distributed as follows:
Living room with sofa bed and air conditioning with access to the beautiful porch with awning and private garden. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (to accommodate 5 people) and a bathroom wit shower. Main bedroom with access to the porch and private garden.

Fully equipped property with central air conditioning (hot and cold) throughout the property, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms, excellent WIFI connection, washing machine, double glazed windows with shutters and net mosquito, safe box, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, travel cot, highchair, linen & towels provided and totally well-equipped kitchen.

The Casablanca Urbanization is in Torreblanca at the eastern end of Fuengirola. It is in a quiet area in a gated private community but is only a 5-minute walk from the blue flag beach and a variety of beachfront restaurants and bars. Fuengirola city centre is 5 minutes away by train and Torreblanca Station is 2 minutes' walk from the apartment. This also provides a direct link to Malaga airport which is 27 minutes away. Fuengirola is a thriving resort with appeal for all ages. It has excellent beaches, hundreds of restaurants, and bars to satisfy all requirements, a wide range of shops, a market twice a week, and dozens of nightclubs for those looking for nightlife. For children there is a water park and zoo in the city and an amusement park and a marine life centre in neighbouring Benalmadena. Marbella, Malaga, Mijas and Puerto Banús can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Ronda, Gibraltar, and the lakes of El Chorro are also easily accessible by car or excursion, and there are a variety of golf courses along the coast.

Another excellent stay
Just spent the month of November in apartment Casablanca 1. This is the 3rd time we’ve rented from Martin and he is always an excellent host. Very professional and no request is ever too much trouble for him. The apartment itself has been upgraded since our last stay in 2020. The couch, bed, cutlery, plates, dishes etc are all new and there are new cushions on the sun loungers. It is a very bright, clean and modern apartment that looks exactly like the photos and the location couldn’t be better for us as we like to walk or use public transport rather than have to hire a car. Would highly recommend renting from Martin, and we will certainly return again.

Ideal Location and Perfect Host
Great property ideally situated within easy walking distance of train station, supermarkets, beach, shops and restaurants and so avoids the need to hire a car if you prefer not to. Although the decor could benefit from a little updating, the apartment is very clean with a modern kitchen, great powerful shower and a comfortable bed. This apartment has its own private garden which is an added bonus. Martin is an excellent host. Very professional and responds very quickly to any queries. This is the second time we have stayed in one of Martins apartments and would highly recommend to others.

Easy communication with Martin Property is well located (train, supermarket, beach, bar, restaurants) and had all equipment that I needed. I were expecting a functional pool and I could not use it because during winter that is closed and they don't let us know. There were damp on the wall in the main bedroom (smell it), and ventilate the room every day but this seems being a real problem. the kitchen window was broken they came to look at it but never came back to repair. I couldn't use it for changing the air. You can hear your neighbours every move in the apartment above and on the side particularly when they drill ceramic. That’s how the buildings are constructed. And the worst noise came from the construction man (arrival between 8h-8h15 every morning) for pool repairs. My last week wasn't relaxing at all. I should have been advised before the works. The sofa in the lounge area is very worn. Ouf! Large TV, excellent wi-fi.

One month stay in January, weather excellent. Martin was easy to deal with and prompt with responses, when required. A few things made it a disappointing stay in Aprt 3B and it’s overpriced by about 25% ! A grubby miss matched draw of cutlery that I had to scrub before using. A nice new modern kitchen with granite work surfaces, but cheap appliances. Poor quality bathroom towels. And the most cheap bed linen. The bed is a small double but the fitted sheets are for a king size, the duvet cover much too big too. So all mismatched. There is a large area of damp on the wall in the corner of the main bedroom, which got worse and worse during our stay, we did scrub it down as best we could by the second week and ventilate the room most days, but this is clearly a problem that has been white washed over. You can hear your neighbours every move in the apartment above, but I guess that’s the nature of how the buildings are constructed. The garden was the perfect escape and we had the most beautiful winter sunshine. Lounger covers are faded and threadbare with the odd cigarette burn hole. The sofa in the lounge area is really tired, very worn and grubby. We bought a thin throw to cover it and sit on. We bought some Cotten sheets from Primark and put towels on the sun loungers and bought 2 decent tea/coffee mugs. I would come back if things mentioned were addressed, as these are very easy fixes. Good large TV with uk channels, good wi-fi. Fantastically located for train station, great fish and chip shop round the corner and well stocked supermarket down the road for everything you need. Short walk to beach with wonderful clean prom for long walks/running, and great restaurants near by. Try Tanit for a good steak and fab Red wine, and Santorini Restaurant for really good warm service with a smile and great value good food. The best bar is Calypso, for watching the world go by and superbly run by Anna, we go there often every year, this being our forth year to Fuengirola.

Martin was a pleasure to meet and his communication was faultless, this was our first time in Casablanca complex and cannot fault the location Torreblanca train station is only a 4 minute walk away as is the mini supermarket and local bars, the apartment was well furnished but the bathroom is a little on the small side and we did have a lot of noise from the people upstairs which I informed Martin about while we were there. if we were to return to Casablanca it would be in a penthouse apartment

Perfect getaway
We spent a great week Martin’s garden apartment. The apartment was spotless, had loads of storage and was fully equipped with everything you would need for a self catering break. Martin was a great host and very helpful if you needed any assistance. The apartment is very convenient to everything, literally just around the corner from the train station and has a very good supermarket just down the hill (the hill is no problem). The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and there you can find loads of restaurants and bars and you walk for miles beside the lovely Mediterranean. A trip to Mijas is definitely worth a visit, you can take the train into Fuengirola and get the bus just around the corner, or you can also take the train into Malaga, a beautiful city to visit.

Perfect location, clean and fully equipped apartment
The apartment was excellent and location suited us perfectly. It is on a bit of a hill but we didn’t find it a problem and we had a baby buggy. The pool was closed for renovation but our host, Martin, gave us keys to use the pool at another apartment. He was a very attentive host.

Lovely garden apartment .
I stayed in Martin's lovely garden apartment for 6 weeks this winter and had a very enjoyable stay Martin could not have been kinder he even put Netflix on the tele for me. The only thing missing apart from a teapot was a table in the garden for alfresco eating there may have been one in the storage, but didn't see it . The hill up to the flat was a bit daunting but got used to it. I would recommend this apartment to other holiday makers very comfortable and clean .

Excellent holiday home.
We spent a week here with two very small children. It was ideal and a cot and high chair were provided, even had cute baby linen! The apartment is very well equipped but there is no bath just a shower which was only a problem with the baby! Martin was very friendly and I know he would have been there had we encountered any issues. The trains are barely noticeable, but the closeness to the station is great for the airport and the ‘hill’ is only steep for a very short stretch and we managed ok with the buggy. It’s a 7 minute walk to the bus and the coast where you can begin to explore so many different areas. The Bioparc is a must, as is Mijas but for us a leisurely stroll along the paseo and a day on the beach are the best. The pool was too cold to swim in but it was October however the sea was lovely. Good value for money.

Great family holiday
We stayed at Martin's apartment for 11 nights at the beginning of July and had a fantastic holiday. Overall the apartment is excellent. The location is ideal for travelling from Malaga airport (30 mins then a 2 minute walk) and seeing other towns/ attractions if you wish. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need so travel light. An added bonus was the beach accessories and a lot of towels for a family of four. The town of Torreblanca is very nice and has the right amount of bars and restaurants. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and great for kids. An excellent supermarket is 2 mins from the apartment and has everything you need at very reasonable prices. Martin was very hospitable, meeting us on arrival and answering any questions we had. We hope to return next year!

Lovely Stay
Stayed at Martins Apartment with 4 Friends June 18. Had an amazing time the apartment is well equipped and spacious, lovely to have a little garden area to eat breakfast in the morning and relax. Train station 2 mins walk if that, and the train service is very good and cheap, we used it on several occasions, supermarket 2 mins away, and the beach is just a 5 minute walk. Lovely area to stay in with just the right amount of amenities, however if you want something a bit more lively fuengorola is only two stops down on the train and very lively, cab back was just 7 euros.

Great holiday will return .
I would highly recommend this property , bright and nicley decorated apartment well equipped kitchen real home from home. The position of the property was good ,near the beach and station but far away enough from the shops bars and restaurants for peace and quiet .There was a handy supermarket just 2 minutes walk away which was great . We were met at the station by Martin who was very warm and welcoming , a great start to a lovely holiday.

Excellent property in a lovely location
Martin's apartment is in a lovely location, incredibly handy to train and close to a very reasonably priced supermarket (with a cash machine beside it). It's about 3min walk to the train and 5 min walk to the beach. The train is so handy for seeing some of the other towns along coast and so easy to get to and from the airport! The apartment itself has everything you need, including some basics like oil, salt, washing powder and a tea towel - things we've found previously not always provided! The garden is lovely to catch the sun and there is a nice seating area with a canopy which was great for the kids. There is a small pool in the complex which was clean with toilets beside it and surprisingly warm water! The only downside on the pool was that inflatable lilos were not permitted, but I understand why as it's not that big and would impact on those who want to swim- just something to bear in mind if you're a family with small children who love pool floats! We would definitely recommend the apartment to others. Also highly recommend Tanit restaurant in Torreblanca, we had the most incredible meal on the last night!

Villas Casablanca - January 2017
We stayed at Villas Casablanca in Torreblanca in January 2016 and this year was every bit as good everything you need is there to hand inside and out. How nice it is to sit out in the garden instead of a balcony and help out by watering the grass and borders now and again! I am now in my 83 year and my wife not far behind. Martin was kind enough to pick us at the train station. We hope to return again next year. Peter Kean , Perth ,Scotland

Highly Recommended
The apartment is very well equipped with virtually everything you need, including smart TV with internet access, DVD player, WIFI and on a more mundane note even a very necessary shopping trolley. Martin, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming and he refunded our security deposit on the day of departure. He also met us at the station which is just a few minutes walk away, and took us to the apartment in his car for our suitcases. Having the trains so close is fantastic for getting into Fuengerola (just two stops) in 10 minutes or so. It's just one stop from the street market with ten minutes walk. (Take the shopping trolley!). The lovely beach and promenade is about five minutes away with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. If you like an English breakfast, go to 'Cheers' about ten minutes walk along the front. There is a well stocked supermarket just two minutes away down the steep hill (again, the shopping trolley was essential). Although there were only the two of us, I noticed that the apartment was very well equipped for family use with plenty of pans, crockery etc. There were also several children's games. Having the train so close is such an advantage (about half an hour from the airport) but there is a trade off. You can hear it from the apartment every 20 minutes or so. It wasn't intrusive for me but it was for my wife. The only negative things I can say about this apartment are: 1. Having stayed in November, the nights were quite cold and there wasn't enough blankets on the beds. We had to sleep in jumpers. However, I must soften this by saying Martin did give us his phone number and asked us to call if we had any problems and we didn't bother calling. I am sure he would have resolved this if we had called him. and, 2. the small comfortable garden loses the sun in the afternoon. If you decide to chose this apartment, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Great apartment in a great location
Martin's apartment was ideal for my family of 4. The kids (age 3 and 5) loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. The garden is an added bonus and is lovely to be able to sit outside and have a drink in the evening. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
