Relax by the fire pit on the shaded patio with tremendous views of the Colorado National Monument, and take advantage of the many outdoor activities the local area has to offer.

One bedroom apartment with full kitchen, laundry, and living room. Queen-sized bed in separate bedroom. Queen-sized sofa sleeper (extremely comfortable Koala brand) available. In-apartment laundry available. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Outdoor patio area with grill, firepit, and dining area. Easy access to Fruita & Grand Junction, and spectacular views.

Apartment is private but located in a modern barn shared with the Owner's home office and shop. The Owner also lives in a separate residence on the shared 5.5 acre lot.
