About this property
A cosy, spacious, well equipped 3 bedroomed farmhouse with wood-fired hot tub!
Les Trois Cheminées is a spacious, well equipped, 3 bedroomed property in Limousin, France. Located in the historic, tranquil town of Fromental, we are in close proximity to several other departments.
On the ground floor the front door opens into the spacious living room with light flooding in from the french doors that lead out onto the sunny patio area. There is a dining room and a large country style kitchen with breakfast bar and range cooker. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with ensuite and a family bathroom. There is also a desk/work area if you need to keep up with things.
There is a wood burner in the living room but the house has central heating with a thermostatic control. The Wi-Fi is extremely fast!
Outside there is a patio area where you can dine alfresco, a BBQ and the wood fired hot tub, which is proving a big hit with our guests. There is also a large garden with fruit and nut trees. Parking is available for two or three cars
We are close to the towns of La Souterraine, Chateauponsac and Bessines sur Gartempe, with the towns of Bellac, Magnac Laval, Le Dorat and the city of Limoges being within a 30 min drive away.
The area is ideal for walking/hiking, cycling and we are just 20minutes away from Lac Saint Paradox which offers a host of outdoor activities, man made beaches and events.
