This is a great inexpensive stay with a clean comfortable room, a good basic breakfast & coffee, and friendly staff. About 10-15 min drive from Breckenridge downtown.

Great location at a reasonable rate and the breakfast choices were better than expected. The facility is dated and they need a better system to increase air circulation. They had floor fans hard mounted to the window area but to get any air flow you would have to leave your blinds open all night - not ideal if you want a little privacy.

Nice clean motel in historic downtown, very convenient. Room with good amenities, I had a fridge, stove, basic utensils. One can cook and save although there are tons of dining options around. I recommend this place

The inn is old school. It is right on Main Street. Excellent location walkable to everything. It is very clean. I have stayed here numerous times and love it. I highly recommend it.

The location was great (we had a nearby bike race). Room was clean. The door to the adjoining room allowed noise as we could hear the neighbor's conversation, but once they left for the night, it was quiet. We walked main street after checking in, and found a restaurant for lunch the next day. Perfect for our needs and would definitely stay again.

No air conditioning or heat available. Just a fan in the window in August. Located on main street good, Im 70 and he put us on second floor with not elevator. Bare basics. Could do alot better for a few bucks more.
