The interior of the house is divided into two areas. The main part of the house, located on the ground floor, is always available for guests. It includes a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, perfect for sharing moments with the family, along with a bedroom with a double bed and another double bedroom with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower.
The second part of the house, which will only be open for reservations of more than 5 people, has its own living-dining room, ideal for ensuring privacy and additional comfort. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, this area includes a bedroom with a double bed, which enjoys a private terrace, and another double bedroom with two single beds, as well as a third full bathroom with a shower.
The exterior of the house is a true oasis designed for the enjoyment of all its guests. A large sun terrace, located on the upper floor of the second part of the house and also accessible from the garden, offers impressive views for moments of relaxation under the sun. The outdoor area is covered with artificial grass, where a swimming pool with a hydromassage and swan neck becomes the favorite place to cool off. Around, comfortable armchairs invite you to rest while the most active enjoy a games area with activities such as ping-pong, petanque and other outdoor games. They also have an area with a basketball hoop.
The side porch of the house, equipped with awnings, tables and an outdoor swing, is perfect for relaxing outdoors. Meanwhile, the main porch, covered by a large awning, offers a pleasant gathering area with table and chairs, as well as a television and a darts game to liven up the evenings. As a final touch, the house has a spacious summer kitchen with barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends.
