I've stayed here 5 times now and the reason I keep coming back is that it is reliably good quality, friendly and happy staff, I really love the breakfast setup and the facilities are great. Until the next time!

Pulled thought great nice big hotel. Receptionist was very curt, told us no restaurant tonight, wow great just arrived after a long journey, now have to go find a restaurant open. Room very big and spacious, beds comfy as well. A little disappointed no water in rooms and no coffee/ tea making facilities, with there being no bar etc, you could die of thirst and no minibar either. Very strange. At £160 a night I would have expected that x

Very nice and new hotel. Well worth a stay. Very modern and great for a stop over on route to somewhere or for business. Limited choice of places to eat out and about, but enough within a 5 mins walk to keep you full.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Waldhotel Luise. Das Ambiente war sehr schön. Das Haus wurde renoviert und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben in einem Deluxe Doppelzimmer übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht (evt. noch nicht fertig) eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Kurz nach der Anreise stellten wir jedoch fest, dass das Zimmer extrem aufgeheizt und stickig war. Das Problem ist dem Personal bekannt, jedoch ist es scheinbar nicht nötig den Gast darauf aufmerksam zu machen und zumindest die Option auf ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten. Somit war ein angenehmer Schlaf nicht möglich. Schade!

Amazing travel stop
We needed a travel stop between Frankfurt and Zurich and this was an amazing find for our group. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel has a very lodge-like cozy feel. Rooms are large, extremely clean and have the most comfortable beds, linens and softest bath towels we've had along our journey. Restaurant is a little pricey, but quantity and quality make it worth it. Pool and sauna area were a hit with our group including our friend's 4 year old. The only issue we had is that we only had time to stay here for one evening, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Very pleasant stay, only slight issue was that reception closed before I arrived and opened again in the morning after I left, so settling the bill was a bit more complex than it needed to be.
