The staff is AMAZING! Very kind polite individuals from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast man keeping the space clean and stocked. The door handle to my room is on its last leg….difficult to open clearly needs to be replaced. The toilet handle to flush was hit and miss but always came through despite my worry. This is a very budget friendly place to stay

During my stay a man walked into my room. The front desk clerk did a pretty good job of downplaying it because I'm a man but that doesn't mean I don't like my privacy. It was a negative experience when somebody immediately starts laughing at you after they have the key to open your door. I believe I should get my money back and I'm wearing my options as far as actions go.
