there was that annoying loud truck/car starting up at 5am waking up half the people on the premises and then idling there like a moronic jock
Didn't care for the cash deposit and had to wait for your room to be reviewed before you get cash back
They require a $60 CASH deposit, even though they do otherwise accept credit cards. They claimed the cash requirement was listed on expedia. When I showed them that expedia says nothing about paying in cash, they said that the wording is wrong and that they already contacted expedia about it. So why did they tell me that expedia said cash if they already knew it was wrong and had already contacted expedia about it? In any case, cash deposits are clearly a scam. Other folks who stayed at this motel said housekeeping claimed their towels were stained (without having attempted to wash them) and they didn't get their full deposit back, so I didn't use the towels to avoid being scammed.
Just horrible. This is NOT a handicapped room. Tub was slippery no mat or adhesive strips. No table to put toiletries on, had to use desk chair. Upon arrival was told I had to have a $60.00 cash deposit. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.
The cleaning people came too early in the morning. Besides that we had good stay.

I have never been asked to give the ids of all adults in the room nor have I been asked to leave a $60 cash deposit. I rarely carry cash. At checkout I had to show my id and they radioed to staff to check my room before I received my deposit. There was a sign on the tv that said if removed it will trigger an alarm. That said the room was clean, very basic. The area was quiet and seemed safe but those precautions they take made us feel unsafe.
When my husband attempted to check in, he was asked to pay a deposit of $60 IN CASH!!! He did not have that much cash on him, and they would not accept payment by card since we booked on Hotels.com. It was 11pm and he was traveling, towing heavy equipment. He needed to get some sleep. Instead all he got was this garbage.
Well first there was the cockroachs then we asked to be down stairs because my son has autism so he walks heavy and doesnt quite understand there are people below us they didnt have any and they didnt offer to switch us rooms at any point we asked for an extra night on are last day and they told us no because my autistic child was to loud and they were rude the whole time we stayed and the first night my husband went down stairs to get a soda out the vending machine whuch was in the office which she then went on to accuse him of not even staying at this hotel then called me on ny phone conplaing that i needed to have him bring his i.d down and he needed to sign in like why didnt she have him do that while he was down there or why didnt they have me do that when i first checked in no one said anything to me the staffnwas rude the whole time and then got mad when i didnt let the cleaning person into the room said it was mandatory which i did not know again no one told me we didnt leave the room a mess we cleaned up after are self there was no reason to be as rude as they were
