I liked the idea of sanitizers throughout the establishment. However, most of them were empty. I also liked the bar and extra food you could purchase in the lobby. However, the costs of these food products was incredibly high!! I didn't like the breakfast bar; not enough selection, eggs were very "wet" and bland, poor selection of fruit items.

Our stay was wonderful and very clean. My only complaint is the buildings structure with sound proofing could’ve been better to you can basically hear all the workers who are also staying pretty easy. As well as our key cards stopped working at one point so I had to go get it fixed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Our room (301) was next to the elevator. However, it didn’t share a wall with the elevator. We could hear the elevator in our room quite clearly, and you couldn’t hear it standing right outside the elevator. Clearly something was off. Additionally, the train on that side of the building was quite loud.

My husband is in a wheelchair and I reserved Ada room. However, the bed was so high that it was very difficult to transfer from the wheelchair. The shower was suppose to be a roll in shower, but the lip at the bottom prevented access. We were not given a goodie bag. The breakfast eggs and sausage had too much water in the serving tray. Employees were polite but not friendly.

Clean & comfortable one night stay
We stayed one night. We were greeted upon checkin. Checkin was easy. The beds were a little soft for our liking, but clean. The bathroom door does not have a lock. There is a train on the backside of the hotel that goes buy and blows its horn. You can hear it, but it didn't bother me. Other than that the room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but good with self serve waffles, pancakes, cereal, bacon & eggs. It was busy when we went down and it took a while to get a waffle since there was only one machine and they ran out of milk. Check out was quick & easy too. I'd stay here again.
