I liked how this was a small property but didn't feel rundown or anything. The property and the room were very clean. The breakfast was good. Multiple dining options a very short distance away. The only issues that we had was that our room wasn't cleaned the 3 days we were there even though we left the tag for our room to be cleaned. The room had two tv's. the main tv only played 1 channel and we told the managers that on day 1. The other TV in the "living " area did work. I would still recommend this property to anyone visiting Clovis.

Hotels was paid for months in advance with a good deal for 3 nights. I had unexpectedly not been able to get there first night . They canceled my reservation without even a call leaving me without a room and then being able to book my room for 2 as much since there was an event and no hotels available. And by the way all la Quinta smell I have stayed at a few and they all smell

Enjoyed our stay because of location of room to food, elevator to garage. It was exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. Food was good; only problem TV connection not good. Was reoorted, sure they will look into it.

I drove here from WA (14 hour drive) I got to the hotel at 2:42 the front desk told me wait till 3pm to check in. (Celia) no one was in the lobby I went to get my things from the car and waited in the lobby until she was ready to help me. Be better- put customers first You need a lesson on customer service:(
