The cleaning staff were a bit rude. We had issue with the plumbing on first day there. They made it sound like an inconvenience to fix it. But the front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were so helpful when I was looking for some plastic silverware in the evening. The room was clean, quiet and perfect for our trip. The ice maker wasn’t working in our floor, but the 3rd floor maker worked just fine.

My family and I stayed here visiting family in town and I found our stay was very comfortable only thing I can complain about was being such a busy week their should have been more staff and The company or management should have prepared a little better staff wise and a few other accommodations such as towels and such. Overall I think the staff did great working as a team, they definitely have great customer service here!
