It was a decent stay, very quiet. There was a good amount of food choices, grocery stores, other places to shop, and car repair shops in the area close to 99.

You can tell back in the day it was a beautiful nice place, the management now does not seem to care much. They were not super polite and the so called breakfast was terrible Waffle maker and lil smokies was about all the offered No eggs, bacon, sausage or fruit or cereal variety It was pathetic The property itself was nice with fruit trees all over the place (ironically) but management lacked majorly The

This is an older property, dated but fit our needs. The property is quaint with all the fruit trres and roses it has a very cozy feel. We were a party of 5 adults and the 2 room suite worked out perfectly for our 2 night stay. Pros - room was clean, spacious with flat-screen TV's in each room. Plenty of seating with a sofa and love seat abd chairs. A kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator. Property has excellent water pressure and water temperature. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons - Microwave did not work, not all outlets worked, limited TV channels,Room got very sruffy the first night despite A/C supposed to be on, the temp in one room got up to 81 degrees at one point. Despite being told that the A/C was working it did not seem to be, thankfully the temperature was cooler the second day of our stay and the temperature of our room was acceptable. After checking in, when we got to our room the housekeeper notified us that our room wasn't ready and she took the time to go to the ftont desk and let them know that and the front desk promptly moved us to another room. Then later that afternoon another family was given keys for our room and entered our room, again the front desk took care of the matter promptly but that should not have happened.

I’ve stayed here lots and lots of times over last 25 years and unfortunatly this place has goin down hill fast N desperate need of some tlc Fruit trees are nice as always Unfortunatly pool and hot tub were down (reason for booking)

The ladies cleaning up around the front desk, did not know any English thank God I know how to speak Spanish and she said I’ll have to wait about 10 minutes for somebody to check in. I could believe she meant 10 minutes. She met all 10 minutes. The worst part was cigarette smoke coming from the other room I had to get up at five in the morning and put my head outside, thinking it was outside and it wasn’t so I had to be coming from under the door from the other room. The cable was terrible no channels whatsoever can’t relax and watch anything Wi-Fi was terrible and some of the lights were broken. I probably won’t stay here anymore after five times

The staff was very nice. This place is a series of bungalows with trees and plant all around - very excellent. However, 1) Hot tub had not jets - it was just like sitting in a tub at home 2) Breakfast was beyond terrible - little pastries and cut-up hot dogs in the warming tray 3) This place has antennae TV only - - they use an aerial on the roof - - every poor TV. But that probably saves them money 4) Rooms are very nice, but bathroom is exactly from 1977 - - shower knob falls off in your hand. I was not happy.

We had a good stay with our family. The 2 bedroom made it very convenient for the 6 of us. The staff was very nice. The only problem was the ants in the kitchen and the ac didnt work very good. The grounds were beautiful with fruit tree's and flowers.

The staff at the hotel were friendly. Coincidentally, the end table that had the tip envelope on it had a big sticky spot on it. The neighborhood is sketchy. We liked the private entrance with the little patio and the pool.

I would stay Here again. The price was right. It felt safe, even in a sketchy neighborhood. The manager and front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. It’s not a five star hotel, but it was worth everything I paid. They also provide breakfast.

The 2 bedroom suite was spacious but very run down. The key cards did not work on one of the rooms so we were forced to leave the door open to the kitchen. The kitchen had a sink and refrigerator but no dishes, utensils or towels of any kind. We were excited for breakfast in the morning, however we went to the breakfast room 1 hour before it was supposed to end and there was nothing left but some cold little mystery meat wieners. The juice, milk and coffee containers were all empty. The waffle makers were on, but there was no more batter. I asked at the front desk if they had more coffee and they said no and did not offer to make more, nor did they check to see if we needed anything. Free breakfast should not be in the description.
