I would stay Here again. The price was right. It felt safe, even in a sketchy neighborhood. The manager and front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. It’s not a five star hotel, but it was worth everything I paid. They also provide breakfast.

The 2 bedroom suite was spacious but very run down. The key cards did not work on one of the rooms so we were forced to leave the door open to the kitchen. The kitchen had a sink and refrigerator but no dishes, utensils or towels of any kind. We were excited for breakfast in the morning, however we went to the breakfast room 1 hour before it was supposed to end and there was nothing left but some cold little mystery meat wieners. The juice, milk and coffee containers were all empty. The waffle makers were on, but there was no more batter. I asked at the front desk if they had more coffee and they said no and did not offer to make more, nor did they check to see if we needed anything. Free breakfast should not be in the description.

TV did not work. The clerk said maybe tomorrow. I run the water for 10 minutes and no hot water. The clock at bed side would not work.The coffee pot failed to come on in the morning.I would never go back.

AC did not work. Bed linens were dirty and obviously had not been changed from the last people. Room was very dirty. We canceled our stay there and hope we get a refund. Desk clerk did not apologize for any of our complaints.

We were going to the Underground Gardens which was great and the Garden Inn is right next door which was perfect! We were also upgraded to a suite which was super cool!

Room without Air Conditioning- Excessive Heat
The room that I was given did not have an air conditioner that worked. I arrived at 1:15AM to my room, and the temperature in the room was 84 degrees! I had to open the bathroom window and the room window, and listen to the freeway noise to go to sleep. When I woke up 4 1/2 hours later the room temp was 83 degrees.
