Located on the Island’s western tip and just 150 yards from the crisp, clear waters of Colwell Bay is Sunseekers - a sleek, modern and recently revamped home, offering everything you could want (and more) from a relaxing seaside stay. Following the road downhill, you’ll soon come to the lapping waves of the Solent, where you can take in the outstanding evening sunsets and dine on top-notch, freshly-caught seafood at five-star restaurant, The Hut.
Pulling up on the driveway at Sunseekers, guests will find a smart, well-presented home, renovated from top to bottom in 2022. Stepping through the door, there’s a comfortable open-plan lounge to one side, with inviting L-shaped sofa and 60-inch Smart TV. Slipping into the next room, a sophisticated navy and white kitchen awaits, with an American fridge freezer and shiny range cooker - which are bound to tempt even the most reluctant of chefs to don their apron and get cooking. Also on this level is a dining area (with seating for eight) a handy utility room (including a washing machine and tumble dryer), plus an accessible snug room featuring a luxury double sofa and en suite wet room - which, if requested before arrival, can easily be transformed into sleeping quarters for extra guests too.
Climbing the stairs to the first floor, you’ll find four airy, spacious and oh-so-relaxing bedrooms, including three ‘zip and link’ Superking rooms (two with their own spick and span en suites) as well as a bunk bed room with shared access to bedroom three and the family bathroom. Once you’ve unpacked those bags and settled in, take a look outside at the peaceful private garden. Bubbling away in the corner is a four-person hot tub (great for a dip on those long summer evenings) and an outside shower for washing off that salt after an early morning swim in the sea and your doggie's sandy paws. There’s also a lawn, patio and decking area, kitted out with sun loungers, dining furniture and a Napoleon gas BBQ too.

Beach towels are provided for the hot tub and there is even a welcome hamper for you and dog towels for your four legged friend!
