Dear Mr.Sam, I do apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you. We do not normally put chairs and tables in our rooms but upon request we can make it available. I was told you had requested a table and chair with tea and coffee and a electric kettle to be put in your room and the manager had done so at your request.
