"Mahalo Cottage" is an sweet little beach house that is filled with fun furnishings and offers the perfect beach cottage theme. This beach home has 2 Bedrooms (2 Queen Beds) and 2 Baths and accommodates 4 guests. "Mahalo Cottage" is also a dog friendly property with a beautiful covered/open deck.

When vacationing at "Mahalo Cottage" you will spend your days only steps away from the sand while enjoying a small community neighborhood with only 6 homes that make it quite and relaxing. Going to the beach takes you a few minutes to load up and drive or walk to the sand and set up for the day! Once set-up you can easily walk back and fourth from the beach to the property, stake your place in the sand and enjoy paradise in the sun relaxing, fishing, or making sand castles!!!

While sitting in the rockers on the upper deck you can rock your worries away while enjoying great views that this beautiful home has to offer. Let the Sunrise and Sunsets take your breath away!! At both the top and bottom of the stairs there is a gate to help keep little ones and your fur babies safe. Under the house is a concrete area with a picnic table and BBQ pit, an enclosed shower, and a fenced yard area that's great for family gatherings where you can set-up some yard games like horseshoes, washers, and volleyball. Come visit Surfside and begin making those memories that are sure to make you want to come back year after year!!!

Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside!

Beach Getaway
Good spot by the beach. No real complaints about the location because I read others reviews and came prepared. Bring towels, bbq pit and paper towels. Also be aware there's two bathrooms but one bathroom is a bathtub with no shower. Other than that its a perfect getaway spot. We spent more time on the beach than the house, which is why we were there. Great communication with host.

Missing Kitchen items
It is a really nice property with a nice outside patio. But we were missing some kitchen items. There is a variety of old glasses to drink - not 4 equal ones. There are no wine glasses. The kitchen equipment is thrown together and does not invite you to cook or have a nice meal. And there was no "welcome" packgage from the property manage like we had in other houses.

Perfect family getaway
This sweet cottage was just what we needed for our family getaway to start our summer! The location from the beach was great for us to set up and go back and forth. This beachy cottage had all we hoped for plus some. Plenty of hooks and closet space. We enjoyed coffee on the porch and burgers in the patio area. We definitely could have stayed a few more days of our schedule would have allowed!

Do not rent this place or use the property management group!
Dirty, horrible, needs a remodel but a good cleaning would help! The property management is terrible. Pictures will be loaded of the filth. We ask for additional towels, the ones we were given were stained, bleached spotted and tattered! There are mold areas and air filter has not been changed in months. Lights/lightbulbs and fans do not work. A dripping faucet was reported on Saturday morning, still dripping Monday afternoon. A very poor experience for a very high cost!
