We had a 4th floor room. On arrival only 1 elevator working. Caused long lines waiting for elevator. When we came back that evening after being out for a while the second elevator has stopped working causing everyone to use the stairs. In the morning when we checked out both elevators were still out of service. Had to lug our suitcases down 4 flights of stairs. No offer of compensation from staff. Apologies only.

It’s a really nice hotel. Very well taken care of and staff is awesome. Only draw back is you have to pay for breakfast where most other hotels include it for free and other hotels have pools.

The hotel, staff etc were great but since it was out of the way and slightly expensive, I think a complimentary breakfast should have been available. $16.00 $2.40 tax is a lot for breakfast especially for seniors. Sure special groups like teachers got a discount but nothing for our elderly to encourage them to stay there.
