Loved the Hilton Garden Inn downtown, every staff member I interacted with was wonderful. The room was great; clean, modern and had a great view. The covered parking is in the public parking lot a few steps behind the hotel. When you pay for parking at the hotel you get a slip of paper to put on the dash of your vehicle.

We went off reviews for our family stay. Although it is right downtown ahd we were only required one night, it was worth the drive in. It was easy enough to locate and access. Ample parking with a fee. Pillows and bed were great.

I had significant difficulty finding my way from the parking garage to the hotel itself. There were no signs directing me, and when I did find the hotel, I tried my room card on first one door then the other (neither was marked by any sign) and my room key didn’t work. A passerby heard my expression of frustration and tried hers, which did work after a few tries. When checking out, I was asked the usual “How was everything?” I brought my previous day’s difficulty to her attention, suggesting better signage, and she began to tell me reasons why that was impossible !! I simply walked away. Guys: not your finest moment.
