Had troubles with the shower, called at around 11am, said the maintenance peraon would be up. Never showed. Went down to the desk at 330, told the clerk, she said she knew nothing about it and i was put into a smaller room.

The carpets on the hotel floors are a little dated but everything was neat and clean. Your in the heart of the city so everything is in walking distance.

Took a couple phone call reminders to get the reception to email my incidental receipts for my business travel expenses. But eventually received them. Two different reception staff said they would mail it and never did. Third time was the charm!
