We were traveling with a baby and dog so didn’t have very many options but Elevator wasn’t working and despite the hotel being essentially empty they still put us on third floor, entire hotel has an old Musty smell. Not very accommodating, we had asked for a late check out and they wouldn’t consider it. Continental breakfast was good but that is really the only positive.

Elevator was broken when we arrived and we were not told until after checking in. Assured it would be fixed in the evening and it was….but then was broken again when it was time to leave the next morning. Apparently in talking to other guests, this is an ongoing issue. Not great when you have mobility issues and are in the middle of a long trip with a lot of luggage and kids.

Beds were comfortable, constant drip from tub faucet, two lamps had burnt bulbs, new Kleenex box needed. The rug was stained and needed shampooing. TV was small for the room size. Tub towel was ragged. House keeping supply new bulbs and towel. I would not rate this as a 8.5 more like a 6. As members of the Wyndham my wife and I were disappointed and did not feel it was worth the money. The staff were polite but did not smile once.

Don't go there if you have a dog that wakes from noise because the walls are paper thin. People checking in At 2am and sounded like they were coming into our room. Worst sleep

I stayed here because it was the closest hotel to the airport. The room was clean but very outdated. It probably needs a revamp. The pool was closed but everything was very good and I’ll probably come back next time I’m in NB. Although weirdly there was a hole in the bathroom wall.

When we got to the room just getting in there you could see it was dirty as i do the bed check as i always do in any hotel there were black stains on the sheets and dots. My boyfriend looked on the side of the bed there was a blood stain on the sheets. Just throw them out and by another set please. Even if they are bleached it was gross

Came with my boyfriend and children, the pool had broken glass so couldn’t swim, and got a noise complaint because my 1 and 2 year old were playing before bed. First time I’ve ever gotten a complaint about my babies playing.
