When we got to the room just getting in there you could see it was dirty as i do the bed check as i always do in any hotel there were black stains on the sheets and dots. My boyfriend looked on the side of the bed there was a blood stain on the sheets. Just throw them out and by another set please. Even if they are bleached it was gross

Came with my boyfriend and children, the pool had broken glass so couldn’t swim, and got a noise complaint because my 1 and 2 year old were playing before bed. First time I’ve ever gotten a complaint about my babies playing.

The toilet runs all the time. The tap in the tub leaks cold water while soaking in the tub. The handle for the tub shower on the wall leaks steadily. The double recliner love seat did not recline on the right side and the left side you can feel the wooden support across the front if sitting in it not reclined. Have reported the love seat and leaking tap after a previous stay. Still not addressed. Actually showed a video this time of the leaking.

Asked for a wake up call at 3:00am and received it at 2:00 am. Told the night clerk and he just said he would have to talk to maintenance. No apology. Coffee machine is soooo old it should be in a museum. Plus the coffee s like dish water.

Bath tub faucet constant dripping. Charging station did not work. Door lock (the pin/slidder type) wouldnt engage. Chinese restaurant attached - very good.

This place was so loud. You could hear everything in every room. There were multiple hockey teams there during our stay and no curfew set in place. I left with my daughter before 10pm due to the noise. Ridiculous. The pool is also not heated so it was pretty cold in November.
