Probably one of the worst stays we have ever had at a hotel. The facilities were nice but both nights we had children racing up & down the halls banging on doors & screaming all evening. Hotel staff refused to take any action or to even try to rein in the kids or find their chaperones/parents. Never stay here.

Very clean and modern property. Everything was perfect from the customer service, the pool & hot tub and complimentary breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel and very close to all restaurants and shopping.

My only complaint and the hotel has no control over this, was the Fero truck emptying garbage bins across the highway at 0520 my 1st morning and 0450 my 2nd. It was quite a lot of noise and woke me up both mornings. I always stay here when in Fredricton and this is the 1st time this has happened.

My husband and I had two bikes that needed to be stored for the night and the staff was amazing and said they would see if there was room in their garage. We could store them overnight, which was a huge piece of mind. Also, they have an amazing breakfast to start the day and the ladies there were wonderful.

I did not appreciate the $200.00 deposit for incidentals, whatever the hell that is. It sounds to me like distrust and disrespect to a rewards customer of several years.
