The Space:
Located just a few minutes from downtown, you'll be close enough to enjoy all of Fredericksburg & still feel like you're at a wonderful secluded retreat! Casual with a contemporary style guesthouse, with a king size bed plus sleeper sofa, and twin size pull out sofa, with hot tub.

Note: The driveway has been resurfaced, a new walkway from the parking area to the gate was installed.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE 3/4/2025: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking. Order is effective starting at 12:01 AM on 3/4/25 and expires at 5:00 PM CST on March 10, 2025.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Access:
Guest have full access to the guest house, outdoor bar area, chiminea, covered patio, fire pit, and hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood on the skirts of Fredericksburg area, just 10 minutes from downtown.

Getting Around:
You are a short drive to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night + taxes/airbnb fees, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully fenced.

There is no TV in the guest house, but there is wifi.

The property is 5 acres and there are deer, turkeys, snakes and other wildlife that may be potentially dangerous.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

This apartment offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Fredericksburg apartment is smoke free.
