Big kitchen that is well stocked with all the essentials such as pots, pans, utensils & diningware. Beautiful river & mountain views from inside or outside the home to wake up to each morning, along with complimentary coffee & breakfast snacks provided. River access within walking distance at Mainspring's Gibson Bottoms site where guests can fish, float or splash around in the Little Tennessee River. Property boasts a nice, big yard with long-horn cattle grazing just on the other side of the fence . With Franklin being named the "Gem Capital of the World”, there are numerous gem mines, which are open to the public, in the nearby Cowee Valley area where native rubies and sapphires have been mined for years.
