Ashier clean, super new high quality hotel .... I should stay at these more often. The extra price justifies how perfect everything is. A 10 minute is walk from the airport .... it's cold and damp here in December and yiu never have to go outside. Only complaint is the receptionist guy talked very fast and not super clear .... I had to ask (nicely) 3 times for directions to the elevators before I got it. Maybe I'm a bit slow : )

Personnel was exceptional. The parking is still very difficult. We read all the internet comments, called the hotel directly, and received good GPS instructions, (enter destination "Sudpassage). When we did this, we were unable to identify the parking lot or the turn to find it. When we parked in an open area to re-enter the destination and make a second attempt, we were advised by the police to "move on." (Do not blame them for doing their job.) Given the complexity (to us) of the highway layout, we concluded that it was easier to drop the rental car and walk to the hotel with the luggage, another convoluted process although airport personnel were numerous and helpful.

It has improved a lot. The staff are very very friendly and helpful. The sauna is finally working. The only drawback I noticed is the wooden floor. It doesn't feel comfortable walking on the wooden floor. Carpeted floor is much better.

good hub hotel for day trips
I needed a room just for one night, and this was a perfect location. It is right in the airport and the train station is right there, so I took a train to Heidelberg for the day. Very convenient. I'm thinking of making another grip to Germany and using this hotel as a hub for day trips. I would def stay here again, it is a magnificent hotel, convenient, and not a bad price.
