The hotel was new and clean , the staff were so friendly and kind , we arrived at 6 am in the hotel our check in was at 3 pm but they gave us the room at 8:30 , special thanks to Cecilia for such a big favor.

We had a great stay at this very new property. The staff were lovely, location good and safe, close to train and supermarket. Great touch having free coffee and tea on 7th floor, nice view as well. Our room had microwave and fridge and there is also a high tech washer and dryer in basement. The blockout blinds were great and double glazing kept noise out, we found room a bit warm. The pillows were okay but I found the mattress very hard and there was no top sheet. Housekeeping is done every 3 days. We had a few hiccups but it is expected with a new hotel. Would stay again.

Unglaublich motiviertes Personal und herzlicher Empfang. Der Stil ist lebensfroh und die Einrichtung und Ausstattung top. War an einem Seminar der Frankfurt Business School of Finance welche direkt daneben liegt. Dank der kleinen "Küche" im Zimmer hat man alles was man benötigt. Trotzdem ist auch das Frühstücksbuffet nicht zu unterschätzen; frische Köstlichkeiten als auch brasilianische Spezialitäten. Ein weiterer grosser Vorteil ist die Waschküche, wo man einfach und unkompliziert via Buchung per App seine Wäsche reinigen kann. Dies ist praktisch wenn man länger unterwegs ist. Bei allen Fragen steht das Personal helfend und freundlich zur Verfügung. Auch die Rooftop Bar mit Blick auf Frankfurts Skyline ist genial. Der kostenlose Kaffee während des Tages rundet einen Besuch noch zusätzlich ab. Wenn ich nochmals nach Frankfurt komme, sofort jederzeit wieder! Absolut hammer Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Rioca-Hotels, immer eine Übernachtung wert. Sehr schöne, geräumige und toll eingerichtete Zimmer und den besten Service, den ich seit langer Zeit hatte.Carla gestaltete den Check-in sehr kurzweilig und herzlich und Amanda löste beim Check-out genauso herzlich und kurzweilig noch ein kleines Abrechnungsproblem. Die Gute Laune, die beide verbreiteten.. war definitiv ansteckend. Sehr gerne wieder!
