Exterior covered in graffiti and reeked of urine. Elevator not working and clear that the dining room had not been used in some time. Cancelled reservation and left.

This place was under construction very noisy. Would have been nice if hotels.com had notified us of this and given us an option to change hotels. Very hot in the room had no view only of a fire escape with bird crap all over it. Elevator was out of order the dining room\bar was closed not a very nice hotel

Awful. No air conditioning, no still water available for the room as promised on website. Lifts not working which in extreme heat is a disgrace. Rooms not clean full of mosquitoes- Avoid this place. Also adjacent to red light district.

A rather grand hotel built in 1898… a shame it’s no longer in its glory days…. The staff were nice and friendly…. Dispute the fact the rooms are meant to be non-smoking… I could smell that someone had smoked in the room at some stage. Bed was comfortable. TV worked… bar fridge in room but no tea/coffee facilities.
