I had internet issue upon my arrival but, the issue was resolve. Also, the shower was belching only hot water which I can't sustain. The issue was resolved once again. Good stay overall.

Fiquei duas noites, o hotel não fez a limpeza do quarto, e quando solicitei, foi feita, entretanto nem foi sequer colocado papel higiênico, e meu sabonete foi jogado fora e não foi colocado aqueles que eles fornecem, ou seja, fiquei sem sabonete. Sorte que tinha feito compras no Paraguai e tinha novo. Como falei anteriormente, não repuseram o papel higiênico, logo tive que ir à noite na recepção fazer a solicitação. O secador de cabelo não tem potência alguma, tenho pouco cabelo e mesmo assim o secador não deu conta de secar meu cabelo. Quanto ao café da manhã pela qualidade e preço do hotel está no aceitável.

Hotel muito bem localizado tanto para Turismo quanto negócios. Mas os quartos tem corredor muito apertado, tanto no nosso quanto dos nossos amigos, inclusive minha amiga por ser maior de machucou e veio embora com hematomas nas pernas. Pelo valor da diária deixam a desejar na estrutura de tomadas, não tinha tomadas na cabeceira da cama, porta do banheiro de vidro horrível, pia do banheiro vazando e o chão ficava molhado, colocar edredom em vez de cobertor, chuveiro com baixa pressão. Café da manhã excelente.

o Hotel em si é ótimo, única observação seria a localização mesmo. Meio longe de tudo e sem opção de refeições no local, mas isso foi facilmente resolvido com o Ifood. Achei as camas um pouco macias demais pro MEU GOSTO, mas como minha estadia não foi longa, não incomodou tanto. Os funcionários são bem receptivos. O café da manhã excelente.
