Overall this Top10 was very good safe and warm. Found cleanliness could have been a little better. we found mold in corner of shower mentioned to manager and she managed to get cleaner to return however mold still present.

I didn’t like the person at the front desk questioning if my partner and I are sharing the queen bed… it’s 2024! (1) it’s not your business. (2) I booked the room (3) if I have a problem I’ll tell you as the customer (4) don’t make stupid comments. Didn’t feel very LBGTQ friendly.

Friendly staff and a well appointed and equipped cabin that would suit a longer stay if needed. Great shower/water pressure and a very comfortable bed that made the downtime very relaxing.

Great location for Lake Matheson and the glaciers. Unlike Franz Josef this site is only 5 minutes walk from the village. Cabins are good with all necessary facilities and comfortable beds.

First time staying in a holiday park and we were really impressed with how well equiped and quiet it was. Everyone packed up quietly, no shouting and people drove slowly. We stayed in the 1 bedroom cabin and it was immaculate.
