We had a suite and rented it for 7 nights. We had 1 made sevice. All towel changes or supplies had to come from front desk. The breakfasts were simply awful. There were 40 or more guests with one toaster 4 slices. The first 6 days only 2 of the 4 working instead of replacing it the hotel put up a sign stating it wasn’t working. Two mornings we went out for breakfast because even though we were 20 minutes before closing there was no food. The laundry room was filthy. The carpets in our room had burn marks and were not clean. It is dog friendly and there was dog poo on the sidewalk. Frankly the worst experience ever. Poor does not do this place justice pathetic is a better word.

Awesome!
Family vacation for Christmas. We stayed for 6 days! Great! No problem at all. Could be more clean but I didn’t expect much due to it’s a hotel. Not a luxury one but clean enough for us to stay and still be comfortable. Customer service/front desk was super friendly and nice. Breakfast was included everyday for us from 6:30-9am. We had a good stay. Would definitely stay again!

The service was great, and for a discount hotel, it's fine, but it is NOISY with the freeway noise just outside the window, and the sofa bed was absolutely horrific. My daughter slept on the floor instead. If you have earplugs and only need the real bed, you'll be fine. The jacuzzi was definitely a plus!
