Atendimento na recepção do hotel foi eficiente e satisfatório, a segurança e áreas comuns e picina também. A limpeza dentro do apto estava sofrível, infestado de formigas e mosquitos, utensílios de louças e panelas sucateados. Por ter sido locação por temporada, itens básicos faltaram no apto como sal, produto de limpeza. Equipe de recreação infantil fraquissima sem variações nem adequaçao de idade.

Ótimo hotel, apartamento bem legal
O hotel é excelente! Ficamos nesse apartamento locado pelo proprietário, então não usufruímos de todo o serviço do hotel, que deve ser maravilhos, mesmo assim foi muito bom, mas não tínhamos serviço diário, já sabíamos disso antes, não foi novidade. O apartamento tem dois quartos e dois banheiros, sala e cozinha americana, é bem equipado, com utensílios de cozinha, máquina de lavar roupa em todos os ambientes, somente a tv, que achei que pecou, só há uma unidade e.é na suíte, não tem nenhuma na sala, ah as janela tem que ficar fechadas pq de vez em qdo entram umas formigas enormes, mas gostamos muito!

Nossa estadia foi ótima. Muito bem localizado o hotel, de frente o Beach Park, comércio local próximo, comida maravilhosa. O apartamento é amplo e novo. Só faço uma observação quanto as panelas que estão muito desgastadas e sem possibilidade de uso. De resto foi tudo perfeito.

Alquile un departamento y me dieron otro. Alquile uno con vista a la piscina y al jardín y me dieron otro totalmente diferente mirando a un estacionamiento. A pesar de mis reiterados llamados al contacto y a Expedia. Ninguno dio una solución potable.
