There was no parking space available when I clearely requested parking space. I had to pay on top of the 200$ already paid. Hotels like this rent out For 60$ back home!

Chuveiro aceitável, porém toalhas horríveis, cama aceitável mas com travssseiros péssimos, enfim…. Hotel muito utilizado por tripulantes por isso tem muito barulho nos corredores com malas etc a todo horario. Café da manhã bem fraco. Localização muito boa e equipe de atendimento EXCELENTE !!

Walking distance to beach.
The outside of the hotel looks great. Once you go in it continues. Staff is friendly. Once you get to your room is a wow factor until you get to the restroom. It was a very small and tight restroom. It also needs some updating. The rest of the room was great including having an AC for those super hot days. I will stay there again when visiting Fortaleza.

Muito boa a estadia, quarto muito bom... única coisa que não gostei é que ao tomar café da manhã, a roupa voltava cheirando gordura... até avisei isso ao pessoal do hotel.. Não tinha suco de laranja natural.. os sucos não estavam bons... mas no geral o café estava bom.

Abaixo da expectativa, os elevadores sao muito demorados, funcionarios utilizam os elevadores e deixam os clientes esperando.... Outro ponto negativo é para quem tem crianca ate 7 anos, a cama de casal é muito pequena pra dar conforto.... Fora isso, cafe é razoavel, pessoal da recepcao é bastante simpatico....

O quarto com duas camas de solteiro tem uma lampada gigante que fica bem em cima da cama, toda noite a gente ficava batendo a cabeça nessa lampada, que inclusive ja estavam até quebradas de tanto que outros hospedes ja bateram a cabeça. Nosso ar condicionado era muito barulhento e ficava arremessando pedras de gelo na gente, reclamamos e surgeriram a troca de quarto. O elevador precisa do cartão para funcionar, isso é horrivel e todo mundo reclama, é a maior perda de tempo e inutilidade que ja vi. Mas de forma geral o hotel é bom e o café da manhã também muito completo. Espero que tirem as lampadas de cima da cama e removam o cartão do elevador.
