Apartment in condominium resort with direct access to the beach by the condominium itself, all items of leisure, quite large swimming pool and decorated by coconut trees, lamps, parasols, tables, sun chairs, jacuzzis, sauna, games room, football, poliesportiva court, beach volleyball court, restaurant in the condominium itself, shed with freezers and grills, playground, gym, room, sound environment. We have elevator, private garage and rotating seats, 24 hour concierge. The AP is on the fifth floor, corridor floor total sea view, 3 suites plus the toilet, L-room, large balcony overlooking the sea and pool / recreation areas. New apartment, very comfortable and fully furnished with LED TVs in the 3 bedrooms, air conditioning split in the 3 bedrooms, box beds, sofa, dining room with table of 6 chairs, table with 4 chairs on the balcony, kitchen: refrigerator , stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, ice maker and all household items to cook any type of meal. Totally nascent, there is only 1 block (50 meters) from Beach Park. Shops for very close purchases, as well as banks for looting, pharmacies, bakery, self service, buggy tours, taxis.
