Razoável. O café da manhã é bom. O chuveiro não funcionou, ou seja não esquentou. O interfone não estava funcionando. Tudo que eu precisava tinha que ligar do meu celular para a recepção ou ir presencialmente buscar a informação. Não voltaria a me hospedar.

Foi uma estadia incrível. O hotel é muito confortável, os quartos são ótimos. Todos os funcionários educados e solícitos. Bem no centro, perto de tudo. Perto, inclusive, da praia de Iracema. Certamente gostaria de me hospedar no mesmo local em minha próxima ida à Fortaleza.

Custo benefício muito bom.
O hotel é bem localizado (perto de supermercado, Lojas Americanas, Loja da Courofino e muitas outras lojas e também fica perto do calçadão da Praia de Iracema, Beira Mar e Mercado do Peixe, mesmo que peça Uber o preço fica encontra pela distância), os ambientes são limpos e aconchegantes, o atendimento é muito bom, o café da manhã é maravilhoso. O único ponto desfavorável é que o café da manhã só começa às 06h, quem precisar sair antes desse horário, sai sem café.

FALTA DE INTEGRAÇÃO.
A recepção foi excelente, mas infelizmente as condições do Hotel em nada nos agradou. A falta de estacionamento também compromete o atendimento, pois o carro fica exposto a qualquer um na rua, normalmente mais de 100 metros de distancia. Poucos funcionários para atender no cotidiano, ficando isso mais visivel no café pela manhã, que apesar de satisfatório, faltou pessoal para melhorar no atendimento do mesmo. Os quartos são limpos, mas falta em alguns o acompanhamento da gerência, para trocar peças danificadas dos banheiros, as camas são aconchegantes, mas é necessário um pouco mais.
