The Ultimate Luxurious Experience
My family and I wanted to make sure we left a review. Especially my grandma. She forgot her pots and pans to prepare homemade meals not realizing that the kitchen came fully equipped with everything you need to make dinner. Loved the gas range stove and island design. Absolutely amazing. It was almost hard to depart from this beautiful home. We didn't realize how big and beautiful the home was from the outside until you get in. Very comfy and cozy. Everyone had their own living area with plenty of space!! Definitely recommend this place for large families. We were here visiting family and luckily they weren't far from this location was very convenient far as driving distance. Thank you so much for opening up your home and allowing us to enjoy it. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended its worth it.

AWESOME HOUSE
This is our second time staying at this house and it was just as great as the first time. House is well kept and extremely clean with everything you need. Close to everything in Ft Worth too. Communication with Property Manager was outstanding. We will definitely try to stay here again next year or anytime that we are back in the area.

Stunning home - perfect for our family during TCU graduation weekend!
Cannot imagine a more perfect home or location for our extended family during our son’s TCU graduation weekend. Centrally located between the different events we attended at TCU, in the stockyards and downtown, in person the home is even more beautiful then it appears in the pictures with more than enough space for everyone. Everyone absolutely loved it! We highly recommend booking this stunning property for TCU families and others visiting the Ft. Worth area.

Beautiful home, Great Location!
We were seven 70 yr olds who have been friends since 5th grade getting together for a long weekend. Perfect home and location. Lots of room and comfy seating. We went to Casa Manana and Angelo’s BBQ, both within 5 minutes! There was road noise but it didn’t keep us up. Not much of a backyard, but we didn’t need it! Highly recommend.

Girl's Christmas Trip
This house is AMAZING! There were 8 of us that stayed three nights and could not have picked a better place. It is huge. Four bedrooms, four baths and three different living areas. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Location is excellent. Do not hesitate to book this house, you will love it!!

Wedding Weekend Oasis
Our daughter got married in Ft Worth this past weekend. We needed a place for our immediate family to stay as others also came and went for visiting. It was more than perfect, tons of space, great kitchen, and bathrooms. Very cool modern decor, which coordinated the wedding vibe which was held at the Museum of Modern Art. Strongly recommend, owners were very responsive.

Perfect Place for Bridal Party
Our son’s wedding was recently at the Ft Worth Botanic Gardens so we gifted our future daughter this house for her and her bridal party to stay. It was not only conveniently located, we felt 100% comfortable with our group staying there. They were extremely excited when they saw the pictures of the accommodations, and even more impressed when they arrived! We called this “The Wedding House” and it helped make our event even more special. Now my husband and I are looking for dates when WE get to bring our friends and stay here while we enjoy a weekend in Ft Worth.

Couldn’t Have Been Better!!
A group of 7 extended family members (3 couples and 1 single) came to Fort Worth for TCU’s Family Weekend. This house was perfect for our stay! The 3 king en-suite bedrooms are nicely separated to offer privacy with the twin bedroom located along the same hallway as one of the king bedrooms. The modern decor is tasteful and there is plenty of room for everyone to find their own space, if desired, or gather together to socialize and play games. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. We also enjoyed spending time outdoors on the deck and competing in some putting competitions on the putting green. This house is conveniently located within minutes to TCU and the surrounding neighborhood is lovely. The beds and furniture are extremely comfortable. I am so happy we found this wonderful house for our TCU Family Weekend… it was ideal!

65th Birthday Celebration
Our group of 8 women who graduated from high school together chose Fort Worth to celebrate our 65th Birthdays. The Monticello house was perfect for us in so many ways - so spacious, plenty of room to comfortably hang out in the living room at night. We cooked breakfast 2 of the mornings and all could hang out in the large kitchen without getting in the way of the ones cooking. The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms which is great for 8 women when trying to get dressed. The location cannot be beat, and there was plenty of parking space in the driveway for 6 cars (very unusual with rentals), We’ve rented a lot of places for our get togethers over the years and this was the best overall!!

GREAT HOUSE!
This was a great house -- super tall ceilings, great light, big, open living room and bright kitchen. Master bedroom & bathroom were amazing. The person who stayed in the room with two twin beds said those beds were very uncomfortable...that is the only complaint I would include.
