You've found what you're looking for!

Plus there are TWO master bedrooms and a kids' room with double bunks (twin/full on both) to make this house great and economical for 2 families enjoying traveling together. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all food you brought in. Take all trash to the outside bins (must be bagged). Take all dirty kitchen, bath, and/or pool towels to the laundry room basket. Don't worry about the beds!
Turn heat to 64 or air conditioning to 76. Load and start the dishwasher. Turn off all tvs, lights and fans. Lock the door behind you.
Double check you packed everything you brought, including phone chargers and pillows (those are the most commonly left belongings!). There's a $10 charge plus shipping for us to return lost items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
