Mostly all Stockyards parking charges $15 . If you don't want to walk the short distance, or weather isn't cooperating, a $6 or $7 Uber ride will get you there in no time...!
Note: As I do with all my AirBnb's, I have personally stayed at this property 6 or 7 times, before listing it, and have walked back and forth to the stockyards everytime....during the daytime, early evening, and late night coming
back. I have walked by myself and with others. In my experience, I can tell you that its an easy, and safe walk, with street lights.

There is a security system on the property. Guests can use it or not. You will receive the disarm code via message, the morning of your arrival.
There are 2 cameras
along the side entry driveway, and a Ring doorbell at front door
No cameras are inside the house
Note: A main feature and attraction of this home is the short walking distance to the Stockyards, and all the local attractions people come to see. Yet the home is located in a quiet, working-class residential neighborhood.
As such......full disclosure here...there will be some local traffic noise by the house during rush hours, as residents travel to work in the morning, and
back home late afternoon/early evening. Also, sometimes during "social hours"
So please be fair.... and not ding us for this in your review, as we are being fully transparent regarding this, in several locations of this listing.
Also please remember that you’re staying in a house, and not an on-site, fully staffed hotel. Thus, If any problems/issues arise, contact us and we will do our best to take action ASAP.
Finally, there is a small guest house in the rear of the property (Cowboy Cabin/Shack), that will occasionally accommodate Airbnb guests. Thus, the property access driveway/gate....and rear parking area is shared, but parking spaces are assigned. Thanks!
