Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The food at Cast Iron was delicious, and the service at Whiskey & Rye was excellent! The spa experience was amazing!! The only issue that we encountered was the parking situation. The covered driveway was crowded and it took a while to get in and out due to the double parking.

The Omni couldn’t find the hotels.com reservation until the general manager was called out to resolve. Check in took over 20 minutes and we were late to our event. The Omni also changed more than hotels.com had indicated they would.

The hotel was great, but the valet parking was ridiculous. I was stuck in traffic, which was all caused by the valet service, for at least 20 minutes trying to get to the hotel.
