The property was very clean and nicely decorated. I believe the ceilings were 12 feet, which made it feel very open. The only thing I would suggest is to add a full length mirror somewhere as the bedroom did not have a dresser or mirror. The bathroom shower was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the access to the building I was in was lengthy. Communication with the stay was excellent.

Super Clean, Safe and in a great location. The departing instructions (to leave the keys on the counter) locks you out of using the elevator (so makes it super difficult to get to your car) and locks your out of the gate to get back to your car (can't open the gate). Need to correct that procedure. Otherwise great place to stay

Great home base for visiting TCU student!

Responsive and kind staff made downloading the app and check in easy, even helping us find the exact right garage floor and door closest to our unit. Got the same great service when I checked out and left my charger and air pods. Unit was new, clean, comfortable and tasteful! Appreciated the sparkling water and Kind bars waiting for us!

Me gustó las condiciones del apartamento, todo estaba bien y funcionando, excelente! Lo único que puede ser una oportunidad de mejora, es el tiempo de respuesta cuando se requiere soporte rápido, en mi caso fue porque no tenía información de la password para internet. La respuesta fue tardía y errónea. Mas allá de esto, todo estuvo muy bien!
