Front office was helpful and kind. Room service comes everyday to change out towels and sheets and clean trash if you are staying longer than a day.

Not handicap accessible…..non smoking room yet our room rooked of weed all night long when we opened our door to leave in the morning the smell hit you again like a brick wall I went to report it to the front desk and he seemed high af his eyes completely red and I had to keep repeating myself to him multiple times and the only response I got was yea yea I got you. The bathroom wall and doorframe had some sort of splatter on it obviously was not cleaned before we checked in and was never addressed after that. we will not ever return to this establishment again

DO NOT STAY HERE
I have now tried four times to post a negative review about this place, only to have this website reject it. I did not mention specific prices or room rates, did not use profanity, and did not reference personal information. In hopes this will post, I will be brief. This place is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Strong and sickening chemical smell in room, filthy, toilet and faucet not properly installed, dirty and stained linens, management screaming at other guests, and cash only deposit required. Left after an hour. No help getting a refund from website. Other people booked on same site and left at same time.

The staff upon check-in was very disrespectful. Did not have a customer service attitude. The first room I was given was not clean. I went back downstairs to let them know. She assigned me a second room that was being renovated. On my way back upstairs to check that side room, the lady from the front desk met me on the second floor with a huge can of pepper spray ready to spray my service animal and she was not being aggressive nor is she an aggressive animal due to her own disabilities. I was assigned a third room, with a nonworking icebox that I was unaware of until after it ruined some of my groceries , after four days of being there, I went to check out and get my deposit back and they at that point told me that I had damaged something in my room which was untrue. I stood around for almost 2 hours, demanding that I speak with some kind of other management to get my $20 deposit back because they were trying to basically say that I made the refrigerator not work when the refrigerator never worked when I was there I will not be using this motel ever again due to the disrespect the lack of knowledge of knowing what rooms are cleaned or being renovated, and what has working Appliances in it, and the lack of respect that was shown to me and my service animal

BED BUG INFESTED
It was the worst experience of my live they are bed bug infested I got bit and had an allergic reaction even I went to front office to tell them and request a refund I was told no so I asked for corporate number and got put on do not return list. I will be in contact with corporate still and the health department because it is in violation
