I gave this hotel 5 stars the last time we stayed there. It's still a nice place in a convenient location. It's not as clean or well-maintained. The front desk lady acted like she was doing us a favor, screwed up our keys, and was annoyed that we asked for replacements (and would only give us one). Sheesh. The breakfast bar was good!

I was with my family in a road trip and Location was so convenient. The hotel need maintenance, was clean, mattress need to change, are old. we had 2 rooms and one of then had a toilet clog...maintenance came super fast to fix...but next day again has a clog. We stay for 2 nights and last day the receptionist was the same person taking care of breakfast, and she was angry and rude with guest. But in overall for the price cant complaint...was ok our stay.

Nice hotel with some caveats
I was generally pleased with this hotel. The staff was pleasant, it was nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet was quite good. My only complaint was a claustrophobic bathroom with too few towels and amenities. Also, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were very small.

Rude. The staff was just so unfriendly and I felt like such an inconvenience being there. Never a smile from the staff, they would see you needed something and ignore you standing at the counter. Breakfast is until 9:30 but they take it away at 9. We went down at 8:45 they don’t refill the juice and water we had to ask for food. As we sat we saw another family come down at 9:10 and the breakfast was gone. This was a daily practice our final day we opted not to have breakfast just set a bad tone for the day. The beds were comfortable the rooms were clean. The pool was brown! We were looking forward to a day by the pool but opted out. The room cards didn’t work had to switch them out several times.

The building is dated, the hallways have carpets that should probly be replaced as well as the room. The bed felt 20 years old (springy) and you sink in it. They do not clean your room in between nights and only give one set of towels. For the price we kind of expected more. Breakfast was really good. Overall it’s sleepable

The housekeeper only bought new towels there was no cleaning of the room for example the bathroom or changing the sheets. I stayed for a week and the sheets were never cleaned. The only reason I didn’t leave was because the monies were non refundable and this was a budgeted trip. I would never recommend this place or would I be back again.

This was the worst experience at Hyatt place for me. I checked in Wednesday and out Thursday. My room was only cleaned once. The comforter was not clean. The carpet was dirty.

We stayed here for two nights the pictures of hotel looks lovely but when we got there it wasn’t so great , room is very dated and bed really un comfortable . Lobby is nice and clean and staff friendly .there as cockroach in our bathroom , the staff were quick to get our room sprayed . The pool was green and not useable . Breakfast was basic … I wouldn’t stay here again
