I know that person-less services are on the rise, but not having anyone at the hotel is an issue. I’m low maintenance, but what if I needed more towels, pillows, toiletries, blanket, etc? No one there between 8 pm and 9 am is an issue. Zero people presence is not something we should accept.

I love the property and the staff! I hate how thin the walls are. If you have a long day the next day I wouldn’t recommend this is a place to get good sleep, but overall a great stay!

Had an issues that the people in the room next to me were noisy and arguing all night. Sounds echo in this place because there is not carpet. I texted a complaint because not one works in the building it’s all self checkin but it was not resolved. Customer service could improve. I understand a low overhead experience but this was a bit frustrating.

This hotel was a comfy bed. That is all the rest of it I wouldn’t recommend. You get two pillows we got caught with another guest on the elevator who had to door dash pillow cases because they didn’t receive pillow cases in the room. The walls you can hear tv, conversations, and anything else you can imagine. You don’t receive any extra towels we had one wash cloth between two people. Very lacking in normal necessities.

The room itself was gorgeous and had a great view. But everything outside the room felt a little rundown. There was a huge meeting/kitchen space for guests, but it didn’t even have a coffee maker. Just a jar of instant coffee next to a microwave. They use some kind of concierge-less check in with an app. It’s convenient, but that means the only staff member is the bartender. He was phenomenal but overworked. I guess just lower expectations and think of it as a hotel with Air BnB service (not much).

The hotel was very clean, staff very pleasant. The only thing we didn’t like was you could hear EVERYTHING in our room. Our door had no seal at the bottom so anytime someone walked by or spoke in the hallway we heard them. All morning our next door neighbors spoke and we heard everything they were saying. At night any and all noises from outside could be heard. Thankfully we just needed a place to rest and shower in the am. I wouldn’t stay any longer than a night or if I needed good sleep.

I stayed in the Bluebird suite facing west and adjacent to the community kitchen and outdoor patio. The room was clean and the sunset was beautiful. It was nice to be able to smoke on the patio. It was a weekday so it was also quiet.

This is every bit a minimalist property. No bells and whistles. Walls are VERY thin between rooms. When booking through Expedia, there is never a connection between the reservation and the GOKI app that’s used to access the building and your room. I’ve had to talk to the front desk person both times I’ve stayed here. Likely will not book again. Also received parking ticket ($88) even though parking is included in the reservation and when checking in at the front desk parking was not mentioned either time.
