There was an additional $100 deposit up front for damages! But, there were previous damages in room I was assigned(toilet loose & shaky, safety hazard) & one elevator was out of service & working one appeared to be on its last leg. Property not maintaned well.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. The only weird thing that kept me from giving it five stars was the floor. It was very strange. It was as though we were walking on plywood covered with carpet or something. Walking across the room you could literally hear the echo. Very strange. You could hear the people in the floor above walking. Nothing is close by; a McDonald's across the freeway. We were only staying for the night and I had no idea where we were staying until we arrived. Had to drive out to find someplace to eat. Oh, they charge for the continental breakfast. We opted not to pay the $10.95 for something that is ordinarily complimentary. Overall, it was a safe, clean stay. Would stay again.
