Great Stay!
We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. The staff was amazing. The beds were comfy & the pool was clean & refreshing. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and everything i needed was nearby. It is near a highway and airfield, so there was a little nearby noise (but theres nothing you can do above that) Its definitely family friendly. Ohhhh and breakfast was great. My little loves enjoyed making their own TEXAS waffle.

The room was awesome it was clean ,ac was working.Beds were comfortable.it was one of the best stays we had.also the staff was awesome,we had breakfast one morning the lady that was running it keeped up with everything .it was clean and everything they had to offer was full.also the pool was clean and ready to swim good stay.

Highly recommend. A we stayed here while in town for something at the nearby Will Roger’s and Dickies Arena area. It was close for quick commute & transport to where we needed to be. We felt very safe and the staff at the hotel was wonderful! Rooms were cold and clean.

Room didn’t appear to have been fully cleaned prior to staying there as there was a massive ball of hair in the middle of the ground. The barn door to the bathroom was a giant pain as we all locked ourselves in the bathroom at least once. You could clearly hear everything going on around our room. Clearly.

Not bad but not their usual standard
My son and I stayed here while in town for an event held at Dickies Arena. The location in relation to the arena was an easy 5 minute drive and straight forward. The hotel was fine, clean, and easy to navigate; however, their WiFi was crap. We couldn't connect my phone, iPad, my son's switch or even their own TV. Usually I wouldn't even care but because we were there for the Fortnite championship having no internet was a major issue. The only other thing I would mention was the breakfast wasn't awesome. I got down there on the later end of breakfast and the oatmeal was gone, the bread was out. The eggs and sausage looked hours old so I got left with generic Cornflakes called Country Cornflakes. I don't usually leave reviews but this was a time when I felt I just needed to. The building is under renovation so perhaps things are just chaotic there right now.

I was charged at the hotel again after paying thru Expedia. Our visit was labeled a no show. When we checked out they said, oh we had you a no show. They didn’t change it and they billed me again for the room. I’ve called and called. They say they’ll refund and they have NOT!!

Had 5 children in the room next to us who were loud when we tried to get to sleep after 11:00 p.m. My wife banged on the wall and asked for "Quiet, please". That solved the problem. It was not reported to the front desk.

Hidden Gem Hotel
Nice area right off the Highway. Very wide room. Hot tub actually works not many hotels have a working one. Breakfast was clean and the staff is friendly and answered all of my questions. Heads up there is a grocery store nearby called Albertsons top notch.
