The Space:
Unwind in the comfort of our meticulously designed residence, featuring 5 bedrooms plus a dedicated office area, and 3 well-appointed baths. The house boasts two separate air conditioning units so you'll always stay cool in the hot Texas summers! Immerse yourself in relaxation, as three of the beds, including the king size one, offer adjustable settings to meet your preference. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other four bedrooms have a queen size bed. Four bedrooms are equipped with closets to accommodate your belongings. The fifth bedroom offers a dresser within the room, with an adjacent hall closet and custom-built drawers for added storage convenience. Cozy up by the fireplace with ample firewood at your disposal.
We have installed a new hot tube that seats 8 people.
Ample parking space is provided along the lengthy driveway, and curbside parking in front of the house is available. All parking must be in our driveway or in front of our house. No parking is allowed in front of other houses on the road. Our street culminates in a peaceful cul-de-sac, enhancing the tranquil ambiance of our neighborhood.
We do allow 1 boat and 1 trailer and or 1 RV. If you bring a RV, contact us first.
Note: Our property sits on a quiet cul-de-sac road with around 23 other homes. As such, we must respect the residents living on our street. Our house is not available for rental to construction workers, for our home is nestled within a residential community. We do allow social gatherings, but NO PARTYING at the house. (Please send an email for questions regarding this).
Also it is not suited for commercial trucks or monster trucks. Thus, they will not be allowed on the property. We do not allow motorcycles as this could possible cause disturbances in our neighborhood.
The driveway will not be used to stage motor vehicles or equipment being used in any event, such as the Texas Motor Speedway.

Pets: We do allow two dogs. We will not take in dogs considered a mean bread, such as doberman pinchers and pit bulls. We do not want Great Danes due to their extraordinary size. No dogs to be allowed on the beds.
We do not allow cats or any other types of animal.
