Close to the Cultural District. Minutes from Will Rogers

Attractive home with good communication from owner. Close proximity to the cultural district, Dickies Arena and the Will Rogers. However, driveway has a VERY STEEP INCLINE with no level area to park outside the house other than in the small garage. Not good if more than one vehicle needs to park at this home. Generally quiet but the neighbors did have a dog barking throughout the night. The rooms were good sized, nice appliances and the beds comfortable. Big showers with rain heads (not personally a fan of those, and shower door gaps made using plenty of towels on the floor a necessity. There was some small maintenance issues but were resolved quickly with communication from the owner who was most pleasant and accomodating. Some residual garbage from the previous tenants but very minor.

No tv in the bedrooms. The hill to go into the house is just wow. Didn’t feel unsafe or anything but everything could’ve been done much better. They bought decorations and set them on the floor which is an interesting choice.

Nice Place... and Needs Attention to Detail

Honestly, I'm conflicted about this review. On the one hand, it was as presented on Vrbo and just right for my family's visit to Fort Worth. We had a good inside place to be together at the end of each day, and easily made our way to different places around town. On the other had, it was not what I expected and could be better with attention to detail like: bath mats in each bathroom, glass top stove cleaned from prior cooking stains, living room chairs with legs that don't fall off, garage door openers, a completed back yard, and a neighbor whose dog observes the quiet hours. I wish the owners well and hope they continue improving their hosting.

modern home with steep driveway

Spacious and comfortable. The driveway is very steep - we had to take the hitch off our of truck to make it up the very steep slope from the street to the garage.
